Hi! My name is Jennifer. I'm a wife and mom of one adult daughter, working on living life with passion and purpose. I am a Nutritionist with a Master's in Public Health Nutrition & Health Promotion; with over 20 years as a healthcare professional and Zumba Fitness Instructor.
I believe the healthy choice should be the fun and easy choice.
I focus on helping people who are struggling with high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and Type 2 Diabetes get healthy naturally without prescription drugs, extreme diets, or extreme exercise.
We have been taught to go after symptoms and not the root causes. The root cause being metabolic health (insulin resistance and gut health). I am here to help you go after the root causes rather than symptom control.
